O. Gil Development and our builder, Fury Construction & Development ("we", "us"), are a family-owned business. This page explains, in plain words, what happens to the information you share with us on this website.
What we collect
When you request information or send us a message, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, preferred date, how you would like to build, whether you are a buyer or a broker (and, for brokers, your brokerage and license number), your message and any design notes. We do not use advertising trackers, and this site does not set marketing cookies.
How we use it
- To answer your message and set up a call, a meeting or a site visit.
- To contact you about your request and our projects by phone, text or email, as you agreed when you sent the form.
- To keep a record of your request so our team can follow up.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the people and services that help us answer you:
- Our sales representatives for each project (for Modern Garden Estates, The Chad Carroll Group at Compass).
- The service that delivers website forms to our inbox (FormSubmit) and our email provider (Microsoft).
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Texts and calls
If you agreed to be contacted, we may call or text the number you gave us, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us by email or phone.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to answer you and follow up with you, or as the law requires.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Use the contact details below.
Security
This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
