What is an owner's representative?
An owner's representative works for you, not for the contractor. We watch the budget, the schedule and the quality, review invoices and change orders, and tell you in plain words where your project stands.
Can you join a project that has already started?
Yes. We can review where the project stands, find the risks and take over the oversight from there.
Can you also build the project?
Yes. Our builder arm, Fury Construction & Development, can build it. Or we oversee another contractor for you.
How do you report to me?
You get regular reports with photos, the budget and the schedule, plus a direct line to our team.
