Do you take small renovation jobs?
Yes. We renovate single kitchens, baths and rooms as well as full homes. Small jobs get the same team and the same care as large ones.
Which areas do you work in?
We work across South Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, from Sunny Isles Beach to Delray Beach.
Can you renovate a unit in my condominium building?
Yes. We have developed many condominium towers, so we know how association rules, approvals, working hours and building insurance requirements work. We handle that paperwork with you.
Do you help with design?
Yes. Our design team helps you choose layouts, materials and finishes, or we work with your own designer.
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the size of the work and on approvals. After our first visit we give you a clear scope, price and schedule before any work starts.
